Your Rights

Understanding your legal rights is the first step in making an informed, educated decision about unionization and how it might impact you and your family.

You have the right to:

The National Labor Relations Act also:

  • Forbids the union or its agents from restraining or coercing employees who do not support the union

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact Human Resources and/or the regional office of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
